Improvement
Since the beginning of 1392 and following the announcement of clinical governance standards and evaluation of hospitals in order to participate in the first clinical services governance festival and also the need to create a coherent structure to identify improvements in the current structure and processes of hospitals and operational activities related to the field Service standardization and quality improvement, the quality improvement office has added to the organizational structure of Ghaem International Hospital (AS) and now national and international accreditation projects (Canada) to improve the quality of clinical services and patient safety in line with the goals of the Ministry of Health , Running in this unit.
Duties
- Develop a strategic plan for the hospital under the guidance of the hospital's executive management team
Determining and publishing the hospital mission statement at the level of different hospital units. - Develop an annual action plan, promote, coordinate and integrate quality improvement programs, improve patient safety in line with the accreditation model.
- Continuous monitoring of quality improvement program, data, management actions and interventions through analysis of indicators.
- Development of hospital systems and processes designed in accordance with the principles of quality improvement.
- Development of important specific, measurable, achievable and timely performance indicators for various hospital processes.
- Prepare an annual report on the hospital quality improvement program.
- Approve and communicate the policy and methods received from different units of the hospital.
- Monitoring the process and implementation of hospital policies and procedures
- Follow up and coordinate the implementation of accreditation standards in different units of the hospital.
- Establish a system for reporting medical and non-medical errors in the hospital.
- Coordination and integration of quality improvement activities throughout the hospital
- Continuous supervision over the formation and implementation of approvals of other hospital committees
- Participate in the internal audit of the hospital in line with various standards
- Prepare an audit report and follow up on corrective actions
- Monitoring the analysis of indicators and operational plans
- Doing other things according to the order of the superior authority
